Ajay Sirohi is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Seraina Real Estate AG. He has been CFO and member of the Board of Steiner AG since 2011. Previously, he successfully served as CFO at multinational companies such as GE Infrastructure, United Technologies for Building and Aerospace, ITT and Goodyear Dunlop. Ajay Sirohi was responsible for investments in real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy and retail. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in International Business as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.

Peter Hausberger has several years of experience in the real estate industry and in management. He was CFO at SuissePromotion Immobilien in Zug and CFO of the Wetscher Group, Innsbruck/Austria. Peter Hausberger holds an Executive MBA in Business Engineering from the University of St. Gallen. He also completed a degree in Economics & Management at the Management Center Innsbruck.
